All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Jang ga nae, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. The beds were comfortable.

All in all hotel was great! Heat, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the property. 9 miles from the airport.

The breakfast was quite basic, and the quality of the food was not up to par. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and we experienced some noise disturbances during the night from other guests.

The elevator wait time could be improved for a smoother and faster check-in and check-out experience.

All of the staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very delicious, with a variety of hot options as well as delicious fresh fruit. A really great value for the price!

The "fitness room" was pretty small and not air conditioned. The machines were not working when I visited. Internet in the rooms is via a cable, and I often had trouble connecting. Wireless in the lobby was perfect, however.

Great rooms, stunning view, helpful staff, good facilities, clean and tidy, good location.

Nice hotel for the value of the money. Some problems with the elevator out of service but I hope that was circumstamcial.

This hotel in Ortigas managed to meet my expectations and provide a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money it offered. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the hotel's location within the Ortigas business center. Plus, the attention to detail was commendable, with clean rooms and adequate air conditioning.

All was satisfactory during my stay.

It is relatively a new hotel (I think only two years old) so the room and bathroom were clean. The malls (sm Megamall and Shangri-la Rustan's) are walking distance, however, it was raining most of the time we will go out. Our taxi cab ride only costs us only Php50-56 one-way to the mall or back to the hotel. Our check-out time was extended until 1 P.M. without any additional charge. The booking I've made may be canceled until 5:59 P.M. of the supposedly check-in day.

The white towels in the bathroom is not really white (it looks like dirty white....better check with your laundry service). The breakfast buffet food is very limited and not so delicious :( a particular dish was not even properly labeled. It was written Fish and Chips with Aioli Sauce (something like that) but there were no chips and dip :( The first time I inquired from the receptionist (a male) what time is their check- in and check-out time, he informed me the ff: 12:00 noon and 2 P.M., respectively :( I asked him if it could be the other way around because that is not usually the case, he asserted his first answer.
